Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment.
• Please allow a minimum of 10 days from the date of order for delivery to any pin code in India. Remote locations may take a little longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control.
• Pre-order and limited-edition drop items may have separate timelines mentioned on the product page.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat ₹79 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.
• The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before payment.

All orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery, so no amount is ever collected at your door.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we send a tracking link over WhatsApp and email, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also find your orders in your account after logging in.

• Please double-check your address, landmark and phone number at checkout.
• Couriers typically make up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.
• Parcels returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refused delivery can be re-shipped after you pay the additional shipping charge.

If your parcel arrives tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and report it within 48 hours of delivery. Claim handling is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
