This website is operated by RYH Universe ("we", "us", "our"), an India-based direct-to-consumer brand selling collectible plush Shoulder Buddies, gifts, room décor, accessories, stationery and lifestyle products. Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "customer" refer to the user of the site.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or shop under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout, including a working phone number and full delivery address.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photographs are indicative. Minor variations in colour, stitching or size may occur because each plush is handled and finished individually.
• Stock is limited and reserved only once payment is successfully received. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund that amount in full.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

• All orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials on our servers.
• An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment authorisation and send you an order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, pricing errors or undeliverable addresses.

• Our plush products are recommended for ages 3 and above and are not intended as safety, medical or protective equipment.
• Shoulder Buddies use a concealed magnet clasp. Keep away from pacemakers, medical devices and children under 3, and do not attempt to open or remove the magnet housing.
• Follow the care instructions listed on each product page. Damage caused by misuse, washing against instructions or normal wear and tear is not covered.

All characters, artwork, product designs, photographs, logos, copy and page layouts on this site are the original property of RYH Universe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, manufacture or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written permission.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit malicious code, spam or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape data at scale, or interfere with site security.
• Reviews and user submissions must be genuine; we may remove content that is abusive, misleading or infringing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYH Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved over a quick WhatsApp conversation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
